In the fall of 2023 the Joel Team was formed and began meeting, gathering information, and dreaming about the future of Gulf Shores Methodist Church.

Out of the Joel Team came Imagine 2030, a new vision for the church that was unanimously approved by GSMC’s Church Council.

Imagine 2030 includes a new mission statement and ministry essentials, along with a five year plan that was informed by information gathered about our community, a spiritual health assessment that was given to the church, a desire to create a guest friendly campus, and a renewed focus to reach the next generation for Jesus Christ.

Over the next five years you’re invited to partner with Gulf Shores Methodist as we live out our mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ who worship, grow, serve, and connect.
