G56 is Gulf Shores Methodist Church’s environment just for preteens, or students in the 5th and 6th grade.

Adults serve, lead, and worship alongside students throughout the year and during special events.

Safety Team

Keeps the campus safe and secure while ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.

Chancel Choir

Sundays 10:30AM
Wednesday Rehearsal

Vocal music for the 11:00AM Traditional Service and year-round concerts.

Worship Band

Thursday Rehearsal

The Worship Band provides a powerful on-stage worship experience through vocalists and musicians

Audio Visual Team

Sundays 8:00AM & 10:30AM

The AV team helps with service production through the use of lighting, video, and audio equipment.

Photography Team

Sundays 8:30AM & 10:30AM
Special Events

Uses the art of photography to capture the excitement of guests, Sunday worship, and special events.

Bread Ministry

Thursdays 8:00AM

Meeting tangible and physical needs by providing fresh produce, bread, and staples to the surrounding community.

Caring and Sharing


Provides care to shut-ins, hospital patients, and families during remembrance of life services.

Stephen Ministry

Helps and encourages individuals and families during times of loss and grief. Offers prayer and a ministry of presence.

Greeter

Sundays 8:30AM & 10:30AM

Provides direction, welcomes, encourages, and greets guests with a smile.

Coffee Team

Sundays 8:30AM

Creates an engaging environment by serving coffee and tea to our 9am service.

Receptionist

Mondays – Thursdays
9:00AM – 4:00pm

Answers the phone, greets visitors, and helps with administrative tasks in the church office.

Usher

Sundays 8:30AM & 10:30AM

Helps guests find a seat, facilitates a welcoming environment, and collects tithes and offerings.
